This is one funny emotion; it comes with different symptoms; fidgeting, sweaty palms, headache, tripping over nothing…

We get anxious because of what we think might happen. We do not have any scenario going on in our heads, no. The mind is blank at this point, you just get agitated and nervous, and everything in the body system seems to be working against you at that point.

Feeling anxious is a symptom that comes with fear. Anxiety usually is not fear, they are two different entities. You get anxious when you smell your meal burning off the stove, you're anxious when you randomly get called to answer a question in class. When you feel anxious, your brain gets a freeze or goes numb.

This emotion can be managed and controlled otherwise, it will ruin the whole day, rendering you unproductive for that day.

When you feel anxious, just think of what makes you calm. Remember the last moment you were in a calm state, and that should calm your mind and body.

If you do not control your anxieties, it might lead to disgrace, you might be called incompetent, and you can ruin a moment you've been preparing a long time for. Learn to get used to it as well as manage it.

Anxiety is just a thing of the moment and if not properly handled, can ruin a lot of things.
